A two-tower residential and retail development proposed by KingSett Capital just west of Lansdowne subway station could be a harbinger of transit-oriented development to come for a neighbourhood expected to receive new GO train service and better local pedestrian connections in the coming years. The development concept for 1319 Bloor Street West seeks to add intensification around a transit corridor while animating the area for residents, businesses and community members with access to more open space.
