If approved, a proposed development would add significant intensification along the Eglinton West LRT line and could set a precedent for density in Toronto’s Little Jamaica neighbourhood.
KingSett Capital is proposing a mixed-use development at 1801 Eglinton Avenue East. The proposal includes a 30-storey tower containing 237 condominium units and 47 rental apartment units, and a four-storey podium containing 176-square metres of retail space at grade and 279-square metres of institutional space.
