The Mimico Triangle area in South Etobicoke is likely to see some major development in the near future, much of it centring around a planned expansion of train service through the Mimico GO Station.
VANDYK Properties is proposing a mixed-use development at 327 Royal York Road consisting of two towers, 29 and 44 storeys in height, connected by a four to eight-storey podium.
