Unlocking underutilized lands, a proposed new planning framework proposes to transform an area near the Wilson subway station into a complete community.
“This is the complete package. There’s going to be a planning framework which envisions positive change [and a] balanced mix of uses to support transit ridership. So that’s not just employment uses but residential uses as well,” city planner Andria Sallese told NRU.
