With its farmers’ market and artisans’ kiosks, the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood is a common destination for tourists and Torontonians. But many people who pass through the area are likely unaware of the neighbourhood’s history or significance to the city. A new exhibit shines a light on the area and its beginnings as the Toronto’s first planned neighbourhood.
