After the city rejected a proposed 42-storey tower on Yonge Street, the developer has come back with a new plan to go even bigger in size, height and density.
“This was unheard of. I’ve never seen a developer [do this]. Their compromise proposal was something even bigger,” Ward 22 St Paul’s councillor Josh Matlow told NRU.
