If approved, a recently-proposed office building near the Don River would bring employment space to an area of the city that is likely to see a massive amount of employment-related development in the near future.

Davies Ave Holdings and 39 Davies Ave Holdings (First Gulf) are proposing an office development at 33-39 Davies Avenue. The proposal includes a 19-storey building with 18,994.8-square metres of office space. Currently, the site contains a parking lot and a two-storey office building that would be demolished to make way for the new tower. First Gulf is seeking rezoning approval for the project.
