A CATALYST FOR CHANGE

The City of Toronto is moving ahead with a dramatic development that will transform the 581-bed Seaton House men’s shelter into a new shared social services facility, which the city says will be a catalyst for a safer and more vibrant community in the heart of the city’s historic Garden District.

A Request for Qualification (RFQ) was issued for the project by the City of Toronto and Infrastructure Ontario in early November.
