A recent development application that is the latest to propose significant intensification in the financial district also seeks to offer prospective tenants a broader and more versatile range of uses, including incorporating both office space and residential units within the same building.

Primaris Management is proposing a mixed-use building at 145 Wellington Street West. The proposal includes a 65-storey tower containing 476 condominium units with a 13-storey podium containing 14,639.8-square metres of office space and 146.9-square metres of retail space.
