A recently proposed 35-storey development aims to bring mixed-use programming and all-season animation to one of the city’s busiest intersections.

On behalf of 350 Bloor West GP Inc., Bousfields has submitted materials in support of a rezoning application to permit a high-rise at the northwest corner of Spadina Road and Bloor Street West following amendments to the area’s planning framework.
