A recent development application seeks to preserve historic elements of Yonge Street while adding a significant amount of density to the area.

King Financial is proposing a mixed-use development at 372-378 Yonge Street. The proposal includes a 74-storey tower with a four-storey podium. The development would contain 406 condominium units, 2,337-square metres of office space, and 1,356.1-square metres of retail space.
