A historic property in Cabbagetown is going to be restored, reconstructed and reconceived in a way that its new owner hopes will become a new model for operating rooming houses in the city.
The City of Toronto announced July 31 that it is investing over $6-million in the revitalization of a Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) property at 502-508 Parliament Street.
