The last phase in a large development project that has created a new community on a former industrial site near the Junction neighbourhood is nearing its final approval.
At its meeting May 28, City of Toronto council adopted official plan and zoning by-law amendments for Neudorfer Corporation’s proposed residential development at 900 and 980 Lansdowne Avenue.
