The Ontario government has suspended public consultations on proposed changes to the Ontario Heritage Act as part of Bill 108, the More Homes, More Choice Act. Originally set to begin in March 2020 with the expectation of a July 1, 2020 proclamation date, all public consultations have now been postponed as part of the province’s ongoing efforts to slow the community transmission of COVID-19.
