A development proposal for a property in Toronto’s downtown east side could contribute to the rapid intensification of the area while providing affordable housing for members of Indigenous communities and ensuring heritage conservation of the façade of a historic building.
CentreCourt is proposing to build a 54-storey tower atop a two-storey podium at 242-244 and 250-262 Church Street containing 648 condominium units and 240-square metres of retail space at-grade.
