Approval looks likely for a major downtown redevelopment following a complete redesign of a key property that accounts for the needs of the local community around a high pedestrian traffic area bordering on Yorkville.
At its meeting March 12, the Toronto and East York Community Council approved a rezoning application to allow for the redevelopment of the Cumberland Terrace shopping centre at 2 Bloor Street West.
