Following a long and complex appeals process, a final decision has been made regarding permitted development on the eastern side of the Mimico-Judson Secondary Plan.
The Mimico-Judson Secondary Plan applies to lands around the Mimico GO Station and sets a vision for mixed-use intensification of the area.
