A recently-approved development proposal in the City of Barrie will bring significant density to a low-rise area and signals a major change for the future shape of the city.
At its meeting August 10, Barrie council approved a zoning by-law amendment (ZBL) proposed by The Typhon Group to allow a 17-storey development at 272 Innisfil Street with 154 residential apartment units and 10 townhouse units.
