Dorsay Development has deferred its request for a ministerial zoning order for a significant development in northeast Pickering after concerns were raised that the company was attempting to thwart the public planning process and jeopardize the region’s long-term planning goals.
Dorsay is proposing to develop a 4,063 acre swath of land located east of the Pickering airport lands.
