A multi-tower high-rise residential development proposed for an underutilized mall site at Mississauga’s Erin Mills Town Centre would bring significant new housing to Mississauga while transitioning the motor-vehicle-dominated area towards becoming a more compact, transit-supportive mixed-use neighbourhood. And it is just the first of four corners of a massive site that will see land around the large mall redeveloped for housing and a mix of other uses.
