If approved, a mixed-use development would revitalize a neglected heritage site in Niagara Falls, and would boost the existing supply of hotel rooms in the city while also introducing new residential units to the area steps from the Niagara River.

On October 12, the City of Niagara Falls hosted a virtual open house to give members of the public an opportunity to provide feedback on a three-tower development proposed for the three-hectare property at 6880 Stanley Avenue.
