An application to develop an 18-storey mixed-use building on a vacant one-hectare site on Stouffville’s Main Street is causing some controversy among area residents.

A November 17 report from the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville’s Development Services department formally introduces official plan and rezoning applications to permit an 18-storey mixed-use development at 5531 Main Street.
