A new development in Guelph will introduce the first carbon-neutral condominium project to the real estate market in Canada.
Terra View Custom Homes is building a residential development on a 13.8-hectare site at 635 Woodlawn Road. The project, referred to as the Nima project, will include 117 single-family homes, four semi-detached homes, five on-street townhouses, and 208 condominium units in mid-rise buildings.
