The City of Richmond Hill has a new urban forestry management plan that could help the city become healthier, more beautiful and more environmentally sustainable as it experiences significant population growth over the next 20 years.
At its meeting June 10, Richmond Hill Council adopted the plan, which lays out a 20-year program intended to help the city improve the state of its trees and to plant new ones.
