An interim control by-law (ICBL) has been placed on central Waterdown in Hamilton to protect certain historic areas from over-intensification.
At its meeting May 20, City of Hamilton council adopted a motion from Ward 15 councillor Judi Partridge to halt the approval of development applications in central Waterdown.
