resubmission of a revised application to redevelop a site on Bloor Street West makes several key changes to the original submission from March 2021, adding nearly 100 more residential units than what was originally proposed and doing away with previously proposed parking and office space. The change comes about in recognition of the site’s location along a major transit line and amid a changing landscape for the most desirable office settings on the heels of the COVID-19 pandemic.
