A transitional housing provider is seeking to more than triple the number of affordable housing units it is currently providing on its Oakville site by demolishing the existing two storey, 10-unit building that currently occupies the site and, in its place, developing a new five-storey facility that would accommodate more tenants on the property within self contained units.
