Plans to recreate the Georgia Street plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery into “Vancouver’s pre-eminent and most compelling public square” are on view Thursday at Robson Square.

The city holds an open house on a new scheme for the plaza, which aims to complement Robson Square on the south side of the gallery and could be seen as the city’s “living room,” host to ceremonies, events and a place to meet and sit.
