The project team for the Oakridge redevelopment is about to resubmit the latest version of the rezoning application, an Urban Land Institute event was told last week.
Graeme Silvera, vice-president of western region development for Oakridge owner Ivanhoe Cambridge, said during the ULI’s City in 2050 speaker series, which focused on high-density projects around public transit, that a number of changes have been made.
“The resubmission is going to happen next week,” he said. “I can’t really tell you about that now, but it has changed significantly in terms of size.
